The 2010 Season is about a month away with the first race of the season set for May 15th at Wilmot Raceway. I am really excited for the racing season to begin. I raced all winter in Ken's Indoor Racing League. Which is a indoor go karting league comprised of some of the best race car drivers in the area. I have been racing in this winter league for the last 5 seasons, and finished in the top 5 in the points the last 3 years. Ken Johnson has been a big help to me with my racing. Ken, better known as Dr. 2th, got me back into racing after my first season of racing in his go kart league. He let me drive one of his mini-modifieds several races at Lake Geneva the final year of that tracks existence. I raced mini-modifieds in 2006 and 2007 on several asphalt tracks and racked up a bunch of wins.
Also in the off-season this past winter I totally disassembled my mini sprint. I had the chassis sandblasted and I repainted the entire chassis orange. I also repainted the panels to brighter shade of blue.
Thanks to my Mom and Dad for all their help. And also to all my friends and family for their support. See you at the track this summer, and don't forget to come down in the pits after the races to say hello. Bring the kids too, kids are always welcome to check out my race car.
